"The team at platinum pads have been truly outstanding. We chose to stay in platinum pads for two consecutive years as the service and attentiveness supplied by Andrew and his team had been exceptional. Our house was modern, comfortable and was like a home away from home. We were always made feel like nothing was too big of an issue.
Andrew and his team definitely take into consideration the fact that it can be difficult for students living away from home maybe for the first time, and obviously truly care about their tenants wellbeing and comfort.

No ask is too much for Andrew, and any maintenance issues are sorted immediately. It is so refreshing to have a landlord actually care about the wellbeing of their tenants.
